Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK and select international locations. Our standard delivery options are:

  • Standard UK Delivery (£3.95, free for orders over £50, next working day delivery if ordered before 2 PM)

  • International Shipping (Delivery times vary by location)

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Delivery: £3.95 (Free for orders over £50)

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location

Note: Shipping costs may vary depending on order size and destination. Any applicable duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

How to Return an Item

  2. Approval & Instructions – Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return the Product – Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  4. Refund Processing – Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different type of string, please follow the return process above and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
